I have been practicing energy medicine since I was a child. It came naturally. But I never thought of it as a career. It's been a way of life for me. Through hands-on touch I have balanced the energy of my loved ones and pets. I've been meditating since I was 12, maybe younger; I've been practicing yoga since I was 19. I have always believed in visualization and the power of the universe to provide. Like I said - it's a way of life.

After graduating college, I co-opened a web design and marketing business and coded web sites. All day long I was in a small room staring at a computer screen. I was completely unfulfilled. My belief system is that we need to live our passion. But I lost that in translation somewhere in my own life. My glass was half empty. I was depressed. I ignored my path and was miserable because of it.

One moment in my life changed everything. The direction of my life shifted abruptly - and tragically. My daughter, Maya Rain, was stillborn. And the road I thought I was taking ended. But this shift, as painful as it was, allowed me to reinvent myself. I say reinvent - but really, it allowed me to be me. To be the healer I came here to be. To live and love freely without the confines of limiting belief systems and fear. (Thank you Maya.)

I am passionate about helping people move to the next level of their life - whatever that is for them. In 2004, I earned my Reiki Mastership Certification and began seeing clients. But I knew I wanted more training. I enrolled in the Institute of Healing Arts and Sciences, a four-year intensive program in the W.I.S.E (tm) (Wholistically Integrated Spiritual Energy) Method where I earned my diploma as an Energy Medicine Practitioner.

I am a spiritual person, and I believe all the creative energy of the universe dwells in everything and everyone. What we know as infants, we often lose as adults. Sometimes, it just takes some help learning how to be present for yourself to let your inner wisdom shine again. In that light is infinite health and happiness.
