I’ve always felt a deep, sacred connection with animals.
I grew up in a home filled with love—and with the animals most people had given up on. Misfits, they were called. But to us, they were family. They didn’t need to be perfect to be worthy of love.
One of those animals was a dog named Holly.
Holly had been thrown away—literally. Her previous human had tossed her in a dumpster in New York, her tail broken, her spirit bruised. My uncle found her there and promised her a better life. He cleaned her up, gave her safety, and then brought her to us.
From the moment she walked through our door, Holly wasn’t just a dog.
She was mine.
My best friend. My soul companion.
I felt—deep in my bones—that I had known her before.
When we were both nine, Holly got sick. Very sick.
Her abdomen darkened with cancer—her uterus, ovaries, mammary tissue.
The doctors removed what they could, but some of it couldn’t be touched.
I wasn’t ready to say goodbye.
Neither was she.
One afternoon, as I sat quietly beside her, I felt something stir inside me—a powerful urge to place my hands on her body. I closed my eyes and imagined pulling the darkness out of her. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was channeling healing energy.
I did this every day after school.
Slowly, something miraculous happened.
Her skin began to turn pink again.
Holly lived ten more beautiful years.
That moment—sitting cross-legged on the floor beside her, hands on her body, heart cracked wide open—changed everything. It lit a fire in me. A knowing. A calling.
I had to understand how to help animals heal.
Not just survive, but thrive.
So I started learning. I devoured everything I could about natural healing. Over the years, with each animal I loved and lost and helped, I began to understand the wisdom of the body—and how gentle, holistic support could help it return to balance.
Even though I eventually co-founded a practical business in web and marketing, I knew my soul was elsewhere. I brought my dogs to work. I smiled for clients. But my heart wasn’t in it.
So I left. And I went all in.
I trained in energy medicine for four years. I studied under brilliant holistic vets like Dr. Janet Roark. I deepened my knowledge of animal communication, energy healing, nutrition, and more. Since 2003, I’ve been helping animals and their people in ways that feel aligned, loving, and lasting.
I’ve eased the pain of senior pets in their golden years.
Helped rescue animals remember how to trust.
Raised orphaned wildlife babies.
And empowered pet parents to do what once seemed impossible—
support their animals in deep, natural, and intuitive ways.
Here’s what I know with every fiber of my being:
Animals are wired for wellness.
Their bodies and souls seek balance.
And when we learn to work with them—instead of on them—
when we bring our love, our trust, and our intuitive care…
they flourish.
This work isn’t magic—but it is miraculous.
And I’m here to show you how to be part of it.
